Andrey Prokhorov, the jackdaw (and not a young one at that) in your photo has a characteristic jackdaw feature – a bluish-white iris and a black pupil. Young birds have dark ones. Crows have dark brown irises at any age (they don't have that light rim around their eyes). If you're posting an uninteresting photo of a very common bird sitting stupidly on a fence, you should at least name the bird correctly, or not name it at all if you don't know what you've photographed.
