The snowboarder himself, climbing waist-deep in snow, is the tiny man in the lower left of the frame, on the snowy slope. I watched him for a long time, managed to sip more than one mulled wine, while the poor fellow spent over an hour climbing the slope, over an hour crawling, only to then slide down in a couple of minutes, across virgin snow. They're stubborn people, though
maxanin, oh, how deep I've started to dig, well, call it what you like, or is the name the main thing here? It's a landscape, just a landscape, a typical Alpine landscape, and the snowboarder is just there for scale, so to speak, and he's here, and that can't be taken away
You just started specifying things right away - in the comments, like, look there in some corner and you'll find a little man - you have a lot of great works - but this clarification reminds me of newbies who write "horse, house and grass" in the title of their works, but the photo is good Fisherman (Igor),
maxanin, Okay, so I'm a newbie That's how I saw this landscape when I was taking the picture, and I saw a snowboarder. I was intrigued by this, wondering what he was doing. There are tons of slopes around that are as easy as pie to get to. You can take any lift and go anywhere you want, and even so-called "virgin snow" isn't hard to find in the Alps. No, that's exactly where he wanted to go
Fisherman (Igor), I'm not talking about the title of the work or the photo itself, but about the clarification in the first comment to the work. Anyone who wants to see the meaning in the photo won't miss it. I'm talking about this comment.
Actually, that snowboarder, climbing waist-deep in snow, is the tiny man in the lower left part of the frame, on the snowy slope.
Rakovich, well, there are gaps everywhere, all over the place, it's hard to catch something, either something extra gets into the frame, or there's a gap... going down somewhere
VICTOR K. (RetNahTen), thank you. Not a single photo can convey the beauty and grandeur of the Alpine Dolomites! I came to this conclusion after looking through gigabytes of footage taken there, or maybe I just don't know how to take pictures
maxanin, do you want it straight? Well... I think you, like many others here, are mired in mutual RECO exchanges, that's what I think no offense, though
not completely - it just happens that way - look, there's practically none of that now - and recommendations are posted because they're quite active on the site - I haven't forgotten about you either
But otherwise, it's certainly powerful
