lo_ol, thank you. Regarding the quality, it might not be as noticeable in the original, but my autofocus was actually a bit off that day. This landscape is across the street from some sunflowers, so the defect is common.
Ferumov, if the original photos are sharp but disappear after resizing, I recommend trying 1/2 Resize (free online, but only for Windows). It's a very decent Photoshop plugin—all macro photography gurus use it. When resizing in Photoshop using the image size option, you can really see the difference in quality compared to this filter.
