for the mood
I'd be happy to rate this entry, because despite its less-than-perfect composition, the drawing is pleasant and moody. But since the competition is a photography contest, and the rules clearly state this, I don't see how I can rate it.
For about five minutes, my desire to appreciate a good drawing battled with the truth about the photography competition. The latter won out. So I can't give it a rating.
