The shot is good. Something's wrong with the composition. I don't want to compress it, but some space above wouldn't hurt. It's probably because it's divided in half, and it's uncomfortable.
ash, the picture is obviously symmetrical relative to the nurse, and bringing the border of dark and light horizontally to the usual ratio of 2:1 seemed to me at least boring
