Is this a macro lens?

How far can I take a photo like this? I just photographed the same bug at 200mm with a 45cm MDF. I didn't get a decent photo. And with macro rings, you have to get really close.
Yuri Ivanyuk, this is a MicroNikkor 60/2.8, the MDF is about 10-7 cm from the front lens. That's if you're shooting at 1:1 macro. Here, I was probably shooting from about 20-30 cm.
